Mark: Dæmon’s Bane Distortion Pedal. I’ve been looking into making a distortion pedal out of the components I de-soldiered from and old 15 watt squire amp, and I thought ‘what would Mark look like on a pedal enclosure?’I was hoping to send it to one of my favorite small pedal manufactures but I just found they close shop :(

Origami Pen Holder

Another pen holder design I’ve been working on. I wanted to make something with no stitches no rivets no snaps just a single piece origami thing. I’m using the one I made from felt, the leather ones work alright but would be better if thicker and I’m deficient in such materials

Mark, Dæmon's Bane

Been a while since I painted in photoshop so I painted Mark, Dæmon’s Bane. Reminds me of a concept for a story my friend came up with a gave me to develop called Ghenna about hell as a snowy wasteland where nothing really happens and no one can die and everyone is starving and there are daemons and people just sort of wandering around. One of the ideas was that cannibalism was rampant but people being unable to die their bodies would eventually recongeal. But in this case Mark, offended by the Dæmon, has prevented its body from reforming by keeping it separated, leaving the Dæmon in some miserable state of tortured subconsciousness

Throwing Stars from Saw Blades

I save all my used up saw blades and make knifes chisels and other tools from them because they are usually pretty good steel. In this case I made a few throwing stars

New Guitar Strap

Made this strap for my guitar also I painted it black also I got a Carcosa fuzz that I really like also I’ve been moving around amp/pedals so much that I accidentally plugged into the THRU output on my chorus pedal and was confused why it was apparently doing nothing. The problem has been annihilated.

Ikea couch ascendant

Finally got sick of this Ikea couch sitting around so I lopped off the arms and made new legs then used up a bunch of scrap to cover where the fabric is stapled to the OSB sides. The arms added structure so I had to reinforce the inside, particularly where my new legs attach.

Pencil Holder

Been working on a couple pencil holder designs for myself after not finding anything I liked for sale. I designed this one as just a simple envelope with a pull through tab when I saw it looked like a face so I added buttons and now it’s a little tongue! One of my nieces thought this was the funniest thing ever and lost her mind laughing at yanking the tongue through and having the buttons half done so it looked irritated
