The keychain I made for my nephew for his 18th birthday to add to his wad of keys. It’s based on the action selector skull from Full Throttle

Bee's wax for wooden purposes

Making a wood finish from bee’s wax and mineral spirits/turpentine is really easy and it works really well. This batch I did 1oz (by weight) bee’s wax and 25 millilitres volatile substance. Just melt the wax and mix together and pour into a container before it solidifies. I like finishes like this because they are simple and easy to repair, and the repair always blends with the old finish.

Starbucks Signs

A while ago I volunteered to make some of the signs for the Starbucks I went to to draw; after overhearing the manager say she didn’t know what to put on them. It is a great strain to me to make something like this so it was an interesting challenge. I had to ask what to write, because I would have written something weird otherwise.
